Every year ETS awards scholarships to bright students. For the first time, ETS(Educational Testing Service) is going to give scholarship awards to Indian applicants through the TOEFL scholarship program. The total scholarship amount to be awarded by ETS for 2013 Indian applicants is 70,000 USD. Read this article for all the information regarding this scholarship.
TOEFL 2013 Scholarship and eligibility criteria for Indian applicants
- Currently living in India.
- Admitted for Graduate or Undergraduate degree program in one of the institutes listed in the TOEFL destination directory during 2013 calender year. Almost all US Universities are covered under this scholarship program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of a maximum of 4.0. Minimum score of 80 on a scale of 100.
- Valid TOEFL test score
- Strong verbal skills, leadership skills and community service experience.
