Who can take the GRE
and when to take GRE?
GRE can be taken by any Bachelor’s degree holder or any
student who is studying for a Bachelor’s degree. Generally, engineering
students take GRE in third year or final year. Other Bachelor’s students take
their GRE in the final or pre-final year of their academics. Employees take GRE
after 1-2 years of work experience. There are two admission terms in US: Fall
and Spring
Fall applicants: Fall semester in US starts in August or September.
Deadlines for this term are generally December and January. Hence, if you are
planning for Fall 2013, you must be ready with your GRE and TOEFL scores by
October 2012 latest so that you have sufficient time to start your

GRE is an exam that is comprised of two major sections:
